Big Air

and preparing for that is....?

kickboxing classes - for fast thoughts;
snowbatics - for motion

snowbatics? gymnastics w/ trampoline

tips for beginners? bend your knees

focus on the set up, can't miss a beat on the setup -
practice over & over til you get comfortable

where'd you get those socks?
wigwam. ultra thin. I have to have my boots tight.
boots& bindings? heelside
tech tips? be sure the gear really fits.

overcoming personal fears

what is the best part?
training with international riders

scariest moment? not knowing if I would be able to snowboard again after I broke my leg
how did you come back?
freeriding hurt, but not the pipe so I stayed in the pipe and decided to make it my specialty
