| Can
Kelly Clark keep her golden streak alive? Will Canada's Natasza Zurek
kill the pipe and successfully defend the Women's Halfpipe title she
claimed at last year's U.S.
Open? Is fellow countrywoman Annie Boulanger going to absolutely
destroy the Quarterpipe like she did in 2001 by throwing down big
airs and clean spins?
Find out all the answers
at Stratton beginning March 14th. Hope to see you there!

Veteran
halfpipe specialist and long-time U.S. Open ripper, Shannon
Dunn, is also gearing up for the 2002 U.S. Open as she recently
said, "The
U.S.
Open is a great event that brings competitors together from
around the globe to showcase their riding skills. It's one of
the only events where competitors and spectators hang out together
in a fun atmosphere and just enjoy snowboarding." |

| An entirely new event has been added to this year's
schedule - Slopestyle. This heavily
skate-influenced event will not only be a crowd favorite,
but also a favorite among the riders as they will be able to get their
jib on in a course that features a variety of jumps,
rails, and hips. |
